How to get grease off your hands

How to remove blood from clothing - The Bard Erin MacDonald (mailto:bardemacd@xoommail.com)

If you have blood in a favorite piece of clothing, you can remove it by simply pouring hydrogenperoxide on the stain. The foaming action will remove blood that is either fresh of dry, but this process needs to be applied before washing. If the H2O3 does not remove it immediately, then simply repeat. It will usually take a couple of applications before the stain is nearly gone. Once you are finished applying the peroxide, simply wash as normal, or - if you prefer - add some stain pretreater.

To remove grease from your hands, simply add liquid dishwashing detergent to your hands BEFORE you add any water. Rub it in for several minutes in order to break the bond that the grease has on your hands. Then, after rubbing the detergent in, wash normally with hot water. You may wish to add a little handcreme to your hands as the detergent will tend to strip the natural oils from your skin.
