I just wanted to let you guys know that you are doing a Outstanding Job for your customers, I had a few internet providers thru the years and 2Fords is the best by far I have ever seen, You guys do a lot for your customers like getting the new phone circuits in the Alice dial up area, I especially like the way you keep your customers informed and also I have read interesting information about viruses, Spam and other things that I have never gotten from any other isp, keep up the good work!...........rogerbur

Please cancel my service as of this date.
I wanted to let you know that I was only in Beeville for
a business trip and needed internet connection for a week.
The Best Western I stayed at didn't have any referrals for me
so I looked you up in the phone book.

I was very happy with the service I got with your company.
I was delighted when I called an 800# and got my service right away with
no hassle. The Rep I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
I used the service in my hotel room from my laptop and
had no problems at all.

I told the hotel about your service and told
them how excellent it was. I told them to refer their future
customers to you if they ask about internet connection in Beeville.

with you since I started several years ago even when friends around me have
mentioned that I could get the same service at a lower rate elsewhere. I
feel very secure with my service. You have cleaned my viruses for free,

First a comment--compliment for you and all of your staff we have spoken
to since the week before X-mas. For those of you that don't know we
purchased the Windows XP and started trying to install it in our
machines. Simple right? Well they say so on their ads. When we
consulted a variety of persons on the subject we got the feeling we were
too stupid to own a computer much less upgrade it. When we called and
spoke to whomever answered the phone at 2fords we were never treated
that way. When we finally decided to remove the darned thing and go
back to sanity you were there with suggestions and help. Maybe this is
why your company is growing by leaps and bounds when others or quietly
going away.

I wanted to drop you an email to let you know that I have really
appreciated the service that you and Linda have given to me . My Navy
career is rapidly coming to a close on the 20th of February, (25 years!), and
I will be heading up to Bastrop to start a new career. I'll continue to use
your ISP. It has been several years so since you and Linda have entered
into this business and I am glad that I was there in the beginning to see
2Fords grow like it has. I do admit that I have "strayed" a couple of times
looking for a "better" ISP, but within a month or two I was back at
your counter eager to get back to the quality that you and Linda provide at
2Fords. 'You don't know how good you have it until it's gone'. Once again, thank you.

downhome, friendly, interactive service that your company provides. This
must have taken some doing on your part, and I can only imagine the hard
