Buick Wildcat
One final attempt at making a two seater sports car similar to the Corvette and named the "Wildcat" was made in 1954. It was made of fiberglass, like the Corvette, and had the same windshield frame. Like the Oldsmobile F88, this dream car faded into the background, leaving the American Sports Car Dream still to be the Corvette.
