LATE CHARGES & RE-CONNECT FEES
Please Read
Accounts that remain unpaid after the 15th day past the billing date may have their service interrupted. Such interruption will not relieve the Customer from the obligation to pay monthly charges. Only a written request to terminate Customer's service relieves the Customer of the obligation to pay the monthly account charge. Automated messeges are sent one week before termination date as a reminder.

Pay your bill within 10 days of your billing date or a $5.00 late fee will be applied to your next bill. We don't want to cut anyone's service off but you must contact the front office to make any arraingements other than those printed here. If your service has been terminated, you may be charged a $10.00 re-connect fee plus the $5.00 late fee. If your billing date conflicts with the time you pay your bills, a call to the office can easily get the billing date switched to whichever date you want.

 

Special Note: If you cannot make your payment deadline on time, please call our office and get an extension. Only a human can give this extension. The accounting computer is an un-caring, un-feeling monster. It will cut you off. 2 Fords has long been known to use the personal approach to payment problems, but with the customer continuing to grow, we have had to resort to an automated system to keep up with the volume.
